Fabio Di Poli, chef and founder, settled in Mauritius over 14 years ago after 20 years of experience in some of the world's finest kitchens. At La Table du Château, he offers refined, creative cuisine inspired by the richness of local gastronomy—a destination now recognised among the island's best tables.
At La Table du Château, the product takes centre stage: seasonal fruits and vegetables from the estate's orchard, along with fresh fish, seafood, venison, duck… Each ingredient is elevated to deliver a truly exceptional dining experience.
At lunchtime, it is the perfect spot for a business lunch or a peaceful break while exploring the north of the island. In the evening, the restaurant transforms into a romantic setting, offering the unique experience of a candlelit dinner facing the illuminated Château.
